The pagans all play
On their panpipes all day
At the House of Fluorescent Bamboo
And heretics laugh
At the taste of giraffe
And ask for some more in their stew

A greased pig on wheels
With a baritone squeal
Performs for a crowd of his friends
A pope smoking dope
Skips a soap-on-a-rope
Ayatollahs holding both ends

The Quakers all shake
The Shakers all quake
And cantors sing blues for the Jews
The good speak in tongues
The bad hang by their thumbs
And the heathen do what they choose

Cats in top hats
A fish wearing spats
A river of lobsters and peas
Bugs fighting with spears
While dogs drink their beers
And camels nest high in the trees
